Our 60-day money-back guarantee

Every silkie order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your silkie Cryo-Thermo Firming Gold Gel for any reason, even if your jars are empty, tell us within 60 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund of what you paid for the product.

How to claim

1. Email us at support@trysilkie.com with your order number. A quick note on why helps us, but you don't have to give a reason.
2. We reply within 2 business days.
3. No need to send the jar back, even if it's opened, used or empty.
4. Your refund goes back to your original payment method. Most banks show it within 5–10 business days.

That's it. One email, and you're covered.

Bundles

If you claim on part of a bundle, we refund what you paid for those jars after the bundle saving.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
