Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only, including all 50 states.

Shipping costs

Orders of $60 or more (our bundles): FREE tracked shipping.
Orders under $60 (1 jar): $5.95 flat-rate tracked shipping.

Your shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. US delivery usually takes 4–8 business days after your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Remote addresses (for example, parts of Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and some rural areas) may take a little longer, as can peak holiday periods and bad weather.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email us as soon as you can. We can update it until your order ships.

Lost or damaged orders

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
