Welcome to silkie. These terms apply when you visit our website or buy from us. "silkie", "we", "us" and "our" mean Tracksonhire Ltd, trading as silkie, Causeway Farm, Longsight Road, Balderstone, Blackburn, BB2 7HZ, United Kingdom. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy.

1. Our product

silkie sells the silkie Cryo-Thermo Firming Gold Gel, a cosmetic body gel that helps skin look firmer and smoother. It is a cosmetic, not a drug. It is not Botox, not an injectable and not a substitute for any medical or cosmetic procedure. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Individual results vary. Information on this website is for general information only and is not medical advice.

Use the product only as directed on the label. It is for external use only. Avoid contact with your eyes. Check the ingredient list before use, patch test if your skin is sensitive, and stop using it if irritation occurs. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a skin condition, ask your doctor before use.

We try to show our product and packaging accurately, but colours on screens may vary slightly from the product you receive.

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if the product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Prices, bundles and promotions can change at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

7. Subscriptions

Our bundles are one-time purchases. We do not charge you again unless you clearly sign up for a subscription. If we offer subscriptions in future, the terms (including how to cancel) will be shown before you buy.

Reviews on our website come from customers. We don't write, buy or edit reviews to change their meaning. Individual results vary.

silkie is operated by Tracksonhire Ltd, a UK company based in England. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the US state where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live if those laws allow it.
